GWR Open Wagon 10931 was built at Swindon on 4 January 1913 to diagram O14. Following nationalisation in 1948, the prefix 'W' was added to the number. It was condemned in Bristol on 3 January 1959 and sold to the Port of Bristol Authority on 21 February 1959 and re-numbered 59257. It was then sold for scrap to Cashmores of Newport from whom it was purchased by the GWR 813 Fund on 7 November 1975 and subsequently moved to Bitton from Avonmouth Docks by William Cowlin Ltd. on 7 December 1975 along with 86582.
